Shipping policy

ORDER FEES | Your credit card is automatically charged when you place an order. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will receive a refund for that item. Although we check all orders very carefully before shipment, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information and entries such as addresses or credit card numbers. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

ORDER CHANGES | Make sure to verify the information transmitted. If there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@adametmila.com. Note that outside of normal business hours, we are not able to change the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the promotional code when completing the order. No modification of the order will be carried out if it is forgotten.

SHIPPING | We ship via Purolator or Canada Post to give you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you'll receive an email confirming it's on its way! (tracking number only available with Purolator)

Most items are shipped within 5-7 business days.

We are unfortunately not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages, but will work with you to remedy the situation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Delivery of international orders varies by country, but takes an average of 5 to 12 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that we do not control customs delays and although this is rare, packages can often take 3-5 weeks to be delivered to international destinations.

DELIVERY | We ship to the address specified in the order confirmation. Any package returned to Adam & Mila due to an incorrect address will be contacted and re-sent as soon as possible.
